When you use Aide, we store the notes, calendar events, and conversation context required to keep your workspace organized. We also collect basic account details (name, email) to authenticate you.
2. How we use data
We use your information only to provide and improve Aide. Data never leaves our systems for advertising or resale, and we do not ingest it into unrelated models or products.
3. Security
Access to your workspace data is restricted to authorized services. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, along with routine monitoring, to safeguard your content.
4. Retention and deletion
You can edit or delete notes and events through chat at any time. When you remove content, we delete it from active systems and follow scheduled backups purges.
